For my time here at Mighty if there is one thing I’ve gotten great at its teams producing. Born from the days of COVID the best way to put on a live show was to have everyone join via teams. There are lots of technical aspects of how the calls are routed to one another that I’m not super clear on but the human part I have down pat.
For this show it was ERG Engage, ERG stands for Employee Resource Group and while the name sounds a bit sterile to me the people were fantastic. I worked with four different groups and the messaging and hosts were amazing. I’ve always been impressed with the D and I at Microsoft. It’s something I admittedly havent paid a lot of attention to throughout my career but have been impressed with and inspired by during my time here.
