Well I’m on to my third round of ERG Engage. For the uninitiated ERG is an acronym for “Employee Resource Group“. It’s a Microsoft internal production that focuses on the diverse community that makes up their company.
For this show I was focused on Teams producing for the GLEAM, BAM and Disability resource groups. As always, I got to meet some amazing people. Each of them unique and inspiring for what they’ve done with their lives. On top of the people I was able to produce I also got to listen in on some other really inspirational humans as well.
This was one of those shows you get truly humbled by the calibre of humans that live on the planet.
